Add to that qualifications in Psychology and a commitment to continuous personal development and you have a coaching service with a unique and highly effective toolbox.

Your first session is designed to delve straight into your reasons for seeking out a coach. Together we'll look beyond your day to day situation and begin to make discoveries and changes to the root of the issue.

Once you've completed this part of the process you'll build a plan for how you'll impliment this change and improve your circumstances across the board.

Your coach will guide you through the work in a completely confidential setting. Along the way you'll learn tools that you can use for years to come. You'll be doing good work, but you'll be having fun while you do it.

The cost of our fully featured coaching service is £100 per hour.

Pre-book six sessions for the special rate of £500.
